Last night Miguel made the long journey from the Garden State to the City of ex-Champions. We warmed it up so that the foreigner didn’t have to talk about getting frostbite while typing. The start of meeting was met with a small technical glitch (apparently Miguel’s laptop rejected the notion of working in the cold so it switched to tablet mode), but we got that sorted out in relatively short order.
Miguel’s presentation was great. He covered the Provider, Plug-In and Chain Of Responsibility patterns showing how his one code example evolved with the implementation of these patterns. For our first INETA speaker I was greatly impress as were the attendees. The event had great attendance and many were first timers.
Next month (February 22nd) Edmug plays host to JP Boodhoo who’s going to talk on Enterprise Patterns.
